Join us to run, walk or stroll in the Family Connection 5Ks and help us promote active lifestyles for everyone!

The Columbia 5K is set for September 30 and the Anderson 5K is set for November 4. 

Thanks to all Ainsley’s Angels runners whose help allows those who cannot complete a 5K on their own to experience the thrill of crossing the finish line. To participate with Ainsley’s Angels as either a runner or a rider-athlete, please email to be added to an angel team.

The funds raised from these events will help provide:
• Support groups for families to share information, resources and emotional support.
• Family events that are completely accessible in a comfortable environment.
• Continued support for families of children with disabilities and special healthcare needs.
