Hannah Grace may come across as shy, but her mom says she loves to socialize. She is a funny, sassy young lady who loves to make people laugh.
Hannah Grace didn’t walk or talk until after her third birthday. She was diagnosed with global developmental delays, autism, and a chromosome deletion.
By the age of five, she was making tremendous progress and was able to join a special needs dance class. She went on to play Miracle League Baseball, participate in Special Olympics, and eventually learned to drive her Clemson golf cart. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her five cats, shopping for purses, attending plays, and going to church.
She participates in the HOPE Alive program for young adults on the autism spectrum. Her parents could not be prouder. Every milestone, large or small, brings her family so much joy. Hannah Grace has been a part of LOOK! before. Her family wanted to join this year to highlight her progress as a young adult.
