DESCRIPTION: This Online Professional Learning Community (PLC) is most helpful for K-12 teachers and will meet for 5 sessions over the course of the 2021-22 school year to focus on the topic of Universal Design for Learning. A PLC is a collaborative, results-oriented group of individuals who place student learning at the center of all they do. SETC staff Kristin Leslie and Rose Racicot will facilitate this PLC with a focus on creating a collaborative group process for exploring aspects of UDL.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn about a variety of UDL implementation strategies to use in leadership activities, in the classroom, and during professional development.
- Learn and share UDL resources, books, websites, lesson planning and professional development ideas.
