Like many teenagers, Raegan can be shy until she gets to know you. When she opens up, she’s outgoing—laughing and telling jokes.

One thing she is not shy about is music. She loves to put her cowboy hat and boots on and dance to country music. She even sang on stage at school during a karaoke fun day. She also loves High School Musical and was part of a school play based on the musical.

Raegan’s confidence shines in athletics. She has a second-degree black belt in karate and is working on her third-degree black belt. She completed 13 years of dance classes and adores playing basketball.

Raegan also has interests in coloring, Facetiming with friends, baking, and cooking. She is likely to explore a career in the culinary field after high school.

“Raegan likes to show people Down syndrome doesn’t limit her” says her mom, Lori. “She makes life seem fun, she sees the good in everybody and everything. I wish I could see the world through her eyes.”
