DESCRIPTION: The second in a series of monthly webinars is an update on progress on the development of the Palmetto Coordinated System of Care, this webinar will update participants about who the state is trying to reach with a system of care, progress on system of care goals, and how a grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration fits together with several different moving parts in a system of care.  In the second half of the presentation, participants will learn about an upcoming Cultural and Linguistic Competency Summit and  take part in an engaging discussion with Tonna Okei, a Nigerian politician, motivator, and crusader for change.  Bring all the questions you were afraid to ask about how to interact with people from different cultures.  The webinar is designed for robust dialog with participants
