Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Communications Team to develop and review marketing materials or other needed materials (guidebooks, workbooks, etc)
- Create and edit all video content for organization (YouTube, social media, educational videos, events)
- Create and edit photo content for organization (social media, events, staff headshots)
- Ensure that all online educational materials and resources meet Federal ADA laws and is fully accessible
- Use the appropriate brand colors and layouts for each graphic
- Manage FCSC social media channels to include generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily via YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with deliverables
- Attend and help to conduct all annual events such as Buddy Walk and LOOK!
- Attend all staff meetings, including weekly team meetings.
- Other duties as may be required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in design, marketing or other relevant degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management
- Minimum 3 years of experience with video and photo creation
- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign
- Strong computer skills with expertise in word processing, spreadsheet and database programs
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to be creative as well as a self-starter and self motivated.
- Personal vehicle for travel.
- Light lifting required.
