• Navigating the healthcare system as a young adult, body autonomy, reproductive rights
• Navigating life: Code-switching, imposter syndrome
• Living with a disability: Self advocating, knowing your rights within school and the  workplace.
• Youth engagement: How to connect with young adults and learn from them.
