Turning 18: What Happens Now?

Join us to learn information that will help individuals be good self-advocates by knowing more about rights and responsibilities of turning 18.

This interactive workshop is aimed to support individuals with disabilities who are approaching turning 18 and considering what comes next. In this session, participants will learn about their rights and responsibilities once they turn 18 years old, and are considered an adult, legally. Attendees will also be able to participate in discussion about life after high school and what to do to prepare for these things.
