DESCRIPTION OF WORKSHOP: Special Education laws can get complex. In this interactive virtual training, we will take an in depth look at the laws that protect students with disabilities. Participants will learn about the 3 federal mandates that protect the rights of students with disabilities. We will also discuss the benefits for students with disabilities in the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015.
