Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Communications Team to develop and review marketing materials or other needed materials (guidebooks, workbooks, etc)
  • Create and edit all video content for organization (YouTube, social media, educational videos, events)
  • Create and edit photo content for organization (social media, events, staff headshots)
  • Ensure that all online educational materials and resources meet Federal ADA laws and is fully accessible
  • Use the appropriate brand colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Manage FCSC social media channels to include generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily via YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with deliverables
  • Attend and help to conduct all annual events such as Buddy Walk and LOOK!
  • Attend all staff meetings, including weekly team meetings.
  • Other duties as may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in design, marketing or other relevant degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with video and photo creation
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign
  • Strong computer skills with expertise in word processing, spreadsheet and database programs
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to be creative as well as a self-starter and self motivated.
  • Personal vehicle for travel.
  • Light lifting required.
