Corbin is always smiling and happy, waving and saying “hi” to anybody and everybody he sees. This fall, Corbin will be a first grader and he couldn’t be more excited.
Outgoing and constantly on the move, Corbin is very adventurous and loves being outdoors. Being in the water and swimming are his favorite activities. He also loves playing with bubbles, swinging, and jumping on the trampoline.
Corbin is constantly learning new things and his parents say they learn something new from Corbin each day. A favorite moment for mom is the first time Corbin responded back to her when she told him she loved him, saying “I love you too!”
Born at 32 weeks and diagnosed with Down syndrome, Corbin is resilient and strong. His family encourages other families who have children with special needs to seek out resources available to them and to have the type of positive outlook on life their son demonstrates every day!
Corbin siempre está sonriendo y feliz, saludando y diciendo “hola” a todo el mundo que ve. Este otoño, Corbin será alumno de primer grado y no podría estar más emocionado.
Extrovertido y en constante movimiento, Corbin es muy aventurero y le encanta estar al aire libre. Estar en el agua y nadar son sus actividades favoritas. También le encanta jugar con burbujas, columpiarse y saltar en la cama elástica. Corbin aprende constantemente cosas nuevas y sus padres dicen que cada día aprenden algo nuevo de Corbin. Uno de los momentos favoritos de mamá es la primera vez que Corbin le respondió cuando le dijo que le quería, diciendo “¡Yo también te quiero!”.
Nacido a las 32 semanas y diagnosticado con síndrome de Down, Corbin es resistente y fuerte. Su familia anima a otras familias que tienen hijos con necesidades especiales a buscar los recursos disponibles y a tener el tipo de visión positiva de la vida que su hijo demuestra cada día.
