Zeron G - Family Connection of South Carolina

Zeron is a wonderful, sweet boy who is happiest when he is surrounded by friends and family. His personality can be described as “Silent Thunder” because he is a boy of few words, but he feels deeply.

A big fan of vacations, Zeron enjoys going to Walt Disney World, Dollywood, cruises, and even historical tours. Zeron loves Disney World so much that he strives to be a Disney Imagineer when he is an adult. He also likes watching Japanese anime and especially likes going to see his grandparents over the weekends.

Zeron has multiple health conditions including ASD and ADHD. He doesn’t
let his disability limit his other amazing abilities. Zeron has centered his family, and they are proud of him. He teaches his parents patience and respect daily. He always reminds his parents that he can be independent, and they have learned to meet Zeron where he is.

What inspires his family most is Zeron’s resiliency. His mom, Amber says “Zeron is the most altruistic individual I have ever met. He sees the best in everyone and gives everyone a chance. He has a beautiful soul, and he has a lot to give and show the world around him.”

Zeron es un chico maravilloso y dulce que es más feliz cuando está rodeado de amigos y familiares. Su personalidad puede describirse como “Trueno silencioso” porque es un chico de pocas palabras, pero que siente profundamente.

Gran aficionado a las vacaciones, a Zeron le gusta ir a Walt Disney World, Dollywood, los cruceros e incluso las excursiones históricas. A Zeron le gusta tanto Disney World que aspira a ser un Imagineer de Disney cuando sea adulto. También le gusta ver anime japonés y sobre todo ir a ver a sus abuelos los fines de semana.

Zeron tiene múltiples problemas de salud, entre ellos el TEA y el TDAH. No lo hace dejar que su discapacidad limite sus otras increíbles habilidades. Zeron ha centrado a su familia, y ellos están orgullosos de él. Enseña a sus padres paciencia y respeto a diario. Siempre les recuerda a sus padres que puede ser independiente, y ellos han aprendido a conocer a Zeron donde está.

Lo que más inspira a su familia es la resistencia de Zeron. Su madre, Amber, dice: “Zeron es la persona más altruista que he conocido. Ve lo mejor de todo el mundo y da a todos una oportunidad. Tiene un alma preciosa y tiene mucho que dar y mostrar al mundo que le rodea”.

Since 1990 we have served more than 100,000 families and today our services are needed more than ever. We focus on parent-to-parent support, guidance with navigating the complex healthcare system, and assistance with school meetings and special education plans.
