Shani was adopted from India in August of 2021. She has a huge personality and will let you know where you stand with her right away. She is smart, funny, caring, sweet, and very kind. She is always up for a challenge and her family says they learn something new from her every day.
Shani was born with limb difference in both arms. She also has scoliosis of the spine. She inspires others with what she is able to do, and she is always willing to try things without help. Her great sense of humor is always present, and she makes people laugh.
Her favorite activities are swimming, swinging, jumping on the trampoline, playing with her siblings, and snuggling.
Her family is inspired by her determination and describes her as the biggest blessing to their lives. As mom says, “Shani’s life is full of purpose, and she is fearfully and wonderfully made.”

We focus on parent-to-parent support, guidance with navigating the complex healthcare system, and assistance with school meetings and special education plans.
