Family Connection of South Carolina’s executive director, Amy Holbert, has been selected to present at the 2015 MCH Workforce Academy: Leading in a Transformative Environment to Improve Population Health. She was picked from applications that were submitted from all over the United States.

The Population Health Symposium is a two-day learning opportunity sponsored by the National MCH Workforce Development Center. Attendees will learn key population health concepts as they seek to transfer health in their home states.
It will be held in Dever, Colorado on August 26-28 of this year. Family Connection wishes her the best of luck during her presentation, are proud that she is representing our organization at this level.
